Terrence Higgins Trust is the largest voluntary sector provider of HIV and sexual health services in the UK, running services out of local centres across Great Britain.

They provide low-cost counselling and free online counselling and their community forum for people living with HIV is a great place to vent and seek help with grief from others who have gone through the same thing.
