OPAL (Older People’s Action in the Locality) aims to reduce loneliness and isolation of older people living in Leeds 16, as well as improving the quality of their lives by enabling them to live independently, safely and healthily.
OPAL hold their Bereavement Cafe fornightly on a Friday between 10.30am and midday. This is a free drop-in session open to anyone who has been bereaved. Their Bereavement Cafe is a relaxed environment to chat to others, with refreshments provided.
