Leeds Bereavement Forum continue to offer our series of free monthly lunchtime Special Interest Group talks about different issues surrounding death, dying and loss. Speakers cover a variety of subjects, to see what other subjects we have covered in the past, take a look at our 2017 talks. Open to all, we hope our free talks are the perfect networking opportunity and a different place to eat your lunchtime sandwiches!

Venue and times

From February to July 2018, the talks will be at Oxford Place Centre. The talks will normally be held on the last Wednesday of the month from 12 noon until 1pm but please do check the dates below and put them in your diaries!

  • 23 May | Stuart Todd | Senior Lecturer in Learning Disability Nursing, University of South Wales | Silenced Bereavement – Death Dying and Learning Disabilities Sadly this talk has been cancelled as Stuart can no longer come to Leeds. We will be holding a Death Cafe in place of the talk focusing on Learning Disabilities – all welcome
