Everything you wanted to know about death but were afraid to ask

Dying Matters in Leeds 2017 event will be held on Tuesday 9 May at Leeds City Museum from 10.45am – 3pm. The day will include talks, films, information stands and two death cafes. With free admission and open to all please feel free to drop by and say hello.

What’s on

The event starts at 10.45am with the New Orleans Jazz Band parading around Millennium Square, followed by opening speeches at 11am from Councillor Rebecca Charlwood, Leeds City Council Executive Member for Health, Wellbeing and Adults, and Paul Hayes, Quality Improvement Manager (Associate), National Council for Palliative Care and Dying Matters. Our lunchtime speaker at 12.30pm is Xina Gooding Broderick from Hugh Gooding Funerals.
